If you decide to place an order with Able Auto Transport and then later decide to cancel for ANY reason, you will receive a full refund**, no questions asked!

There are many companies that will KEEP your deposit as a cancellation fee if you decide not to move your vehicle even if they are unable to move it for you! Most of them will hide this fact until after the order is placed and the contract is signed. This is a shady and far too common practice in the auto transport industry. At Able Auto Transport, we don't believe in unethical business practices. We are trying to set a higher standard and we want you to have a say in your move.

*There is one exception to this policy. When we find a carrier for your vehicle, we will immediately notify you by email. At this point in time we have fulfilled our contract and your deposit becomes non-refundable. This is the only time you would not receive a refund of your deposit if you decide to cancel. You can check the status of your order online at anytime to see if it has been assigned to a transporter.

Here are some common questions and answers:

Q: What if I change my mind or need to cancel my order before it's booked?
A: Then you get 100% of your deposit refunded. Just submit your cancelation request via email to sales@ableautotransport.com and we'll take care of the the rest. No hassle, no questions.

Q: What if I find another company and decide to go with them?
A: We want to encourage you to stay with Able Auto Transport. Once you contact us, you become our customer and we want only the best for our customers. However, that said, if you decide that the best option for yourself is with another company and we haven't assigned your vehicle to a transporter yet, then you will receive 100% of your deposit back.

Q: What if it is assigned to a transporter and I decide to cancel?
A: This is the ONLY time that we cannot offer you a full refund. In this situation, you would be refunded any amount you paid less the deposit. We keep the deposit so that we can pay the people who diligently took the time to find a transporter for your vehicle.

Q: Why would an auto transport company not be able to move my vehicle?
A: Sometimes there is a larger demand for transporters than there are actual transporters themselves. It could take weeks for a company to find an available spot for your vehicle. If a company already knows they have your non-refundable deposit, then how hard do you think they are going to work to get your order booked out? At Able Auto Transport, we know you have a choice and we know that if we don't book out your order, you can get your money back at anytime, so we work hard to find a spot for your vehicle so you don't have to wait.

Wiring fee defined: When an order is paid in full, we are obligated to wire the transporting company their portion of the shipping cost upon delivery. Our company is assessed an additional fee for this service. In an attempt to keep our prices competitive, this fee is not factored into your quote price.
