I just want to let you know how pleased I am with your services and that of Chris with Courtney Trucking. This was the first time I utilized this type of service and was not sure how it would go; it went exceptionally well! I received email alerts regarding the pending pickup which occurred exactly as the email indicated. Chris contacted me via cell and we continued to communicate throughout the transporting of my vehicle from Massachusetts to Florida. Chris could not have been more respectful of both my vehicle and me. He kept me apprised of the progress and just as he indicated, my car arrived without any issue or damages.

I chose Able Auto based on their website and my initial phone call to their company. My questions were always answered honestly and efficiently. Although they advertise will meet or beat your lowest quote I was really surprised when they actually met my lowest price quote! The car was picked up and delivered within the time frame they gave me. The only negative comment is they were unable to track where the transporter was while enroute so they were unable to give me an exact day as to when to expect delivery...which makes it difficult to make plans to be at location of delivery when the car arrives. Other than that, the overall experience with Able Auto was excellent. I would recommend them highly! P.S. I did alot of research before deciding on Able Auto.
Fabulous! I had no idea how to even go about shipping a car from Colorado to Florida and found you on Google - compared a number of transport companies and liked the professionalism of your website and the initial phone call. the deposit was handled promptly and within 24 hours I received a call with the transporter's number - as it turned out they weren't able to reach the mountain town but within a day another company was contracted and the car was picked up 2 days later. the driver called and was delightful, letting me know ETA and calling me every few days. He arrived on time, earlier than I had expected with the car off the rig, running and ready to roll. I couldn't be happier - don't know if I'll ever have to move a car again on a transport but if I do, I'll surely us Able Auto again. A pleasure!!!
MC Guardian transported my car from Houston to Los Angeles. The entire transporting process went smoothly. Able Auto transport's rate was excellent! The driver named Leonard was a nice guy! Thanks Able Auto!
It was a surprisingly pleasant experience, it really went better than expected. I felt I had to take a chance on a company, there are soooo many, making soooo many promises, but with a bit of research most turned out to be too risky and expensive. The broker, (Able), was communicative, and gave us an estimated pick-up date of 6/14. The carrier, (James Langley Transport (PA)), called on 6/13 saying the pickup was 6/14. The car was delivered on 6/15. GREAT service! The carrier went out of his way to help me get the car to our house when we found the rig could not get into our sub-division.
Second timne customer. Truck was picked up within 48 hours and delivered across Country in less than 10 days. Great shippers and great customer service

in second Instance I moved my Car from CA to CA in Mar 2006
My point of origin was off the beaten path, so it took a bit of time for Able Auto Transport to find a space to bring my car cross country. However, we were very lucky that MF Diaz was the subcontractor -- and their driver, Bob, was awesome.
Our car made it through the "blizzard of '06" intact and perfect. After 2 weeks of driving, Bob, who must have been pretty tired, accommodated us and delivered the car at 11 pm! Watching the procedure was horrifying and amazing, moving a huge van from the front upper level down to the ground. Bob handled it carefully and flawlessly. My family was awed.
The booking team worked hard to make this transport happen, and the car arrived, thanks to Bob, perfectly and promptly.
