We at Able Auto Transport and Car Shipping will make every effort to deliver your vehicle within the agreed time frame. However, if we can't arrange transport for your vehicle, we will refund your deposit . If your vehicle can not be delivered within the agreed timeframe, Able Auto Transport and Car Shipping will reimburse you up to $25.00 per day, the cost of a rental car (see our guarantee for details.)

We Protect

Our policy and procedures are designed to protect you and your property. Unlike some of our competitors, Able Auto Transport and Car Shipping will never transport your vehicle(s) without a written contract that states: type of vehicles, origin and destination, pick-up dates, and the total price. 

Important Insurance Information

Many companies consider your insurance coverage as primary and theirs secondary. This means your insurance company is responsible for paying for any damages incurred during transport.

Able Auto Transport and Car Shipping requires all of our car shipping carriers to maintain primary insurance to cover any damage caused through negligence or equipment failure.

Discounted Rates and Non Refundable Deposits

Some car shipping companies will offer you discounted rates that are too low to move your vehicle. You will end up with additional charges as well as time delay when your vehicle does not move and you have to "upgrade" to an express/priority rate or expedited service.
